Statement of Purpose
We strive to be a patient focused cohesive team offering continuity of care in an effective, responsive, compassionate and safe environment
Disabled Access
Grosvenor has consultation rooms and treatment rooms on the ground floor. A disabled toilet is also available.
St James also has a ground floor consulting room accessible to those with disabilities.
Parking
Grosvenor has emergency parking for patients reserved for those with mobility issues or the very frail. Please inform reception if you think you will need one of these spaces at the time of booking. Doctors may need to leave on emergency visits at any time so please do not park at the front of the practice or block any cars in. Meadow Road multi-storey car park is the nearest available parking and is only a 5 minute walk away.
St James has limited parking spaces for patients and time restricted on street parking in Carlton Road.
The Grosvenor Vasectomy Clinic
Due to the effects of the major flooding at Grosvenor Surgery there are no plans to resume provision of Vasectomy Services in the near future. Please look for the alternative arrangements.
